Additional Information
1. Initial Payment refers to how much a customer will be required to pay before their order is shipped.
2. Where initial payment is SHIPPING FEE, the customer will be required to pay for shipping fee before their order is shipped.
3. Where initial payment is NIL, the customer may choose to pay the total cost of their order at the time of delivery.
4. Customers will be required to make full payment for wholesale or bulk orders before their order is shipped.
5. The above delivery timelines apply for orders placed by 12 pm. Please note that orders placed after 12 pm may take a day extra to arrive.
6. Business Days refer to Monday to Friday.
7. We do not offer home delivery in all locations and you will be informed at the point of placing an order or at the point of confirming your order.
Note
1. For home delivery orders, the delivery time start from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 3 times over 5 days (8.00 am to 5.00 pm ) after which the order will be returned back to origin.
2. For terminal pickup orders, the delivery time start from the day you place your order to when you receive the first SMS or call to pick up your order from our pickup station. Ensure you are available to receive your order within 5 days from the day of arrival, otherwise it may be returned. back to origin.
