Get answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding our categories which include men’s fashion and women’s fashion, as well as managing your account, payment, vouchers, and much more.



How can I find a product on AM Store?

Start by visiting the homepage and clicking on a category name (Men’s fashion or Women’s fashion) from the category menu on the left side of the website. The men’s category shows a clickable drop-down arrow where you can select the exact product, while the women’s fashion category shows all the products we have within that category in one click.

If you know the exact item you are looking for, just type the name of the item in our search bar at the top of the page on the right side and click Search. You can also search for specific keywords (example; bags, long sleeve, black shoes)  in the search bar to display to display all items that relates to your search.

 

 

How do I place an order?

AM Store online shopping is as easy as writing your name! Once you’ve found the product you want to buy, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ADD TO CART to add this product to your cart

  2. Click on Cart in the top right corner

  3. Click on CHECKOUT in the bottom right corner

Sign up or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password >> Enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate >> Choose Shipping Method >> Click on CONTINUE >> Review your order and shipping details for any correction >> Click on COMPLETE ORDER to finalize your order.

NOTE: We accept cash on delivery & bank transfer.

Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. (Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order).

Who will deliver my order?

Your order may be delivered by our partner courier companies: GIG logistics,  Zee Express, or by AM Store dispatch agent, depending on your delivery location. You may be called by our delivery associate prior to or on the same day as delivery to schedule your delivery.

How can I track my package?

Tracking your package depends on the channel of dispatch, if your package is going through:

GIG Logistics - You can track your package on the GIG portal using the waybill, sent to you via SMS alert. Click HERE

AM Store dispatch agent and Others - You can confirm the current status of your order by calling our order fulfilment team on 070-4358-6699.



Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation can only be done before your order is Shipped. Once the order is Shipped we cannot cancel, nevertheless you can choose to reject the delivery of the item at point of delivery with a said reason.

 

 

How can I return a product?

As a customer that shops on AM Store, you can be guaranteed that you can return your product within 7 days of receiving your package. To learn more about our return policy click HERE


 

How do I change/add new delivery address?


To change/add new shipping address on your account, follow the easy steps below:

- Log in to your AM Store account

- Click on Your Account in the upper right corner of your screen (if you are logged in, your name will appear there).

- Now click on Address Book from the drop down.

- Click on the Edit icon placed at bottom of the existing address to change >> then click on Update Address or

- Click on the Add New Address in the upper right corner of your screen >> then click on Add Address. 



How can I edit my profile?

To edit your profile on AM Store website, follow the simple steps below:

- Log in to your AM Store account

- Click on Your Account in the upper right corner of your screen (if you are logged in, your name will appear there).

- Now click on My Profile from the drop down.

- Click on Edit  to update your profile or change any information.

- Then click on Save.



How can I change my password?

To edit your profile on AM Store website, follow the simple steps below:

- Log in to your AM Store account

- Click on Your Account in the upper right corner of your screen (if you are logged in, your name will appear there).

- Now click on My Profile from the drop down.

- Fill in the old and new password on the page in the right hand side of your screen.

- Then click on Submit.
