RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
You can initiate a return up to 7 days after delivery if you receive a wrong or damaged product. When returning an item ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.
Note:
1. Refund on return orders may not be processed until we have received and confirmed that the order qualifies for a refund.
2. All refunds are processed within 24 hours after your bank details is received.
Rejection
You can reject an order at the point of delivery if you receive a wrong or damaged product simply by not taking delivery of the order. However we expect you to give us reasons for your rejection to enable us serve you better.
